Flat Embroidery

Flat embroidery is the standard type of stitching that you are probably used to. We can take all kinds of designs and digitize them for embroidery, however there are some limitations when it comes to small text or details.

3d "PUFF" Embroidery

3D embroidery is achieved by putting a layer of foam underneath the stitches to give the design a dramatically raised effect. The setup process and materials are a bit different than with flat embroidery, so expect to pay a little more for this special effect.

DIECUT EMBROIDERY

Die-cut embroidery is a premium technique where a sharp die cuts a precise fabric shape that is then stitched onto a garment, creating a bold, dimensional appliqué with perfectly clean edges.

PATCH EMBROIDERY

Patch embroidery is the process of creating a standalone, stitched design on a fabric backing, which is then attached to a garment or accessory as a separate emblem by sewing, ironing, or using a Velcro backing.
