What makes The DTLA HUB unique?
We combine large-scale production power with a small-business focus. We have the capacity to handle huge wholesale orders with quick turnarounds, but we've never forgotten where we came from. Our facility is located in the vibrant 1735 S Sante Fe AveLos angeles, CA 90021
We're open:
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturdays: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Sundays: Closed
How is pricing determined?
Our pricing is simple and completely transparent. You pay the wholesale cost of the garment plus the print cost. We offer volume discounts, so the more you order of each design, the more money you save.
Can you help me with my design?
Absolutely! We have a full-service graphic design department ready to assist you at a low hourly or flat rate, depending on the scope of the project. Plus, we provide FREE mockups and file separations with every single order.
What shirts and inks do you offer?
Anything and everything you can imagine. We source garments from all the top manufacturers to give you a massive range of options. For inks, you can choose from super soft water-based or discharge printing, traditional plastisol inks, fluorescents, puff, and many more specialty options.
Can I order multiple shirt colors for one design?
Of course! This is one of the best ways to maximize your savings. Many customers order multiple garment colors within the same design run, which allows them to hit a higher discount tier and increase their SKUs (different products) at a lower cost per unit.
Do you print on more than just shirts?
Yes! While apparel is our main focus, we also customize a wide variety of items, including totes, rally towels, bandanas, hats, and can koozies. If it's a textile, we can probably print on it.
What are your order minimums (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the complexity of the print. For example:
- A single-color design has an MOQ of just 12 pieces.
- A 6-color design has an MOQ of 48 pieces.
How long is your turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time for in-house services is 7 to 10 business days. We know you're often on a deadline, so we always accommodate Rush orders when possible—just let us know your timeframe!
How much will shipping cost?

Can you ship directly to my customers?
We'd be happy to blind ship your completed order to anyone, anywhere—meaning it will arrive with your branding and no DTLA HUB information. Note: We do not offer fulfillment (i.e., splitting and shipping your order to a list of individual customers).
What is your return policy?
Since all orders are custom, we generally do not allow returns. However, we stand by the quality of our work. If there is ever an issue with your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
